Giuseppe Camosci was an Attorney at Law admitted to the Milan Bar and authorized to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione), as well as a certified Statutory Auditor (Revisore Legale).

He began his career within the legal department (département juridique) of an international pharmaceutical company. Appointed executive in 1978, he assumed leadership of the corporate and tax practice at a bank-owned auditing firm in 1981.

In 1984, he joined the Studio di Consulenza Fiscale e Societaria (the Italian correspondent firm of Arthur Andersen & Co.) as Partner. He was appointed Senior Partner in 1987, overseeing the Turin office, and shortly thereafter became Country Practice Director.

In 1990, together with Artemio Guareschi and Mario Piantanida, he founded Studio Camosci Guareschi Piantanida e Associati, establishing the foundations of the present firm.

Throughout his career, his deep corporate acumen combined with solid legal expertise led him to focus on complex business matters—ranging from day-to-day corporate governance to large-scale reorganizations, M&A negotiation and contracts, and sophisticated tax litigation.

He served as an independent director and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors (Collegio Sindacale) for major national and international corporations.
