Maurizio Busecchian is a lawyer who has been providing tax consulting and litigation services for almost 40 years to leading industrial and commercial companies, including multinational corporations.<\/p>\n

Over the years, he has collaborated with tax consulting firms affiliated with Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young, as well as other prestigious tax consulting firms such as Studio Camosci-Guareschi-Piantanida (from 1990 to 1996), Studio Fantozzi e Associati (from 2006 to 2014), and Studio Biscozzi-Nobili (from 2014 to 2018).<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in managing direct and indirect taxation for Italian companies and multinational groups, with a particular focus on international aspects of value-added tax, real estate taxation, and the complex tax system in the yachting industry. Regarding international tax matters, he has dealt primarily with the application of double taxation treaties, EU directives, and transfer pricing. He has also provided tax advice to foreign investors on tax aspects of M&A transactions.<\/p>\n

He is a lawyer admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and is actively involved in tax litigation and various procedures for resolving tax disputes in pre-litigation stages.<\/p>\n

From 1998 to 2005, he served as head of internal training at Studio Andersen Legal and later at the firm affiliated with Deloitte, as well as the tax training coordinator for the entire Italian structure of Arthur Andersen\/Deloitte.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
