Giuseppe Camosci is a Lawyer registered in the Milan Bar and qualified for defense before the Supreme Court of Cassation. He is a Legal Auditor.<\/p>\n

He starts his professional career in the legal department of an international pharmaceutical company. A manager since 1978, he becomes the business and tax area manager of a bank-owned auditing company in 1981.<\/p>\n

He becomes one of the partners of Studio di Consulenza Fiscale e Societaria, the correspondent in Italy of Arthur Anderesen & Co., in 1984. A Senior Partner in 1987 with responsibility for the Turin office, he is appointed as Country Practice Director.<\/p>\n

In 1990, he establishes Studio Camosci Guareschi Piantanida e Associati. with Mario Piantanida and Artemio Guareschi.<\/p>\n

His long business experience and legal background lead him to develop a specific interest in business issues, from “everyday” ones to global reorganization extraordinary transactions, contractual aspects of M&A transactions and tax litigation.<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors in major Italian and international companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
