Mario Piantanida is a Chartered Accountant who has been enrolled in the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1980 and the Association of Independent Auditors since 1995.<\/p>\n

He starts his professional career in 1972 at Arthur Andersen & Co. of Milan, initially as an Auditor and then in the Tax Department.<\/p>\n

He becomes a manager in June 1977 and the person in charge of tax advice to clients mainly operating in banking, financial and leasing industries.<\/p>\n

In 1980, he leaves Arthur Andersen and establishes “Bersani e Vitale S.r.l.”, a management consulting company, with Marco Vitale and Pio Bersani.<\/p>\n

His activity in this company mostly focused on the following areas: analysis and check of objectives and reliability and feasibility of business plans in the light of the company’s strengths and weaknesses, financial, tax and business planning, acquisitions and investments, particularly in the business analysis and assessment stage.<\/p>\n

In 1990, he establishes Studio Camosci Guareschi Piantanida e Associati with Giuseppe Camosci e Artemio Guareschi.<\/p>\n

His long experience and business background help him to professionally deal with day-by-day and extraordinary business, financial and tax issues.<\/p>\n

He participated in several restructuring and reorganization transactions of business Groups and lots of M&A transactions, and developed specific expertise in business assessments.<\/p>\n

He was responsible for teaching financial statements and financial analysis in the management and business training course at the Istituto Adriano Olivetti di Studi per la Gestione dell’Economia e delle Aziende from 1986 to 1995 and an Adjunct Professor of tax law at the Libero Istituto Universitario “Carlo Cattaneo” in Castellanza in 1993-1997.<\/p>\n

He is the Director and a member of the Board of Auditors in several major Italian and international companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
