Artemio Guareschi is a Chartered Accountant and Independent Auditor. He started his professional career as an Auditor in Arthur Andersen & C. Italy in 1973 and became a member of the Tax advice Division of the same company in 1974.<\/p>\n

He became a partner in 1984, was appointed the Office Manager of the Tax and Legal Division of Milan in 1986 and became the Country Managing Partner of Tax and Legal Department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988.<\/p>\n

In 1990 established Studio Camosci Guareschi Piantanida e Associati with Giuseppe Camosci and Mario Piantanida.<\/p>\n

He deals with tax advice, business issues, extraordinary reorganization transactions of important business groups and contractual and assessment issues in M&A transactions.<\/p>\n

He is a teacher of economic subjects at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.<\/p>\n

He is a member of Boards of Directors and Board of Auditors in major Italian and international companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
