Marta Carena is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants in Milan and in the National Register of Auditors.<\/p>\n

She started her professional activity in 2018, collaborating with another firm in Milan and dealing with ordinary and extraordinary tax advice and the preparation of corporate financial statements. She has gained experience in the areas of corporate law, company valuation and due diligence activities.<\/p>\n

Since 2020 he has joined the firm, where he advises in the areas of direct and indirect taxation,<\/p>\n

both for domestic and international corporations and individuals. She carries out activities in the field of tax litigation, from the pre-litigation phase and interlocutions with the tax authorities, particularly in the field of transfer pricing and international mutual agreement procedures (MAP and APA).<\/p>\n

She also dealt with sustainability issues with reference to the development and implementation of sustainability policies according to ESG principles.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
